Handcrafted By Nationally Acclaimed Taiwanese Master Ceramicist, Xu De Jia, This Elegant Teapot Features The Artist’S Signature Glaze: A Silky, Qing-Colored Celadon Over A Dark Brown Stoneware Base. The Pot Is Fitted With A Fire-Hardened Bamboo Side Handle, Allowing For Elegant Pouring. This Teapot Is Specially Commissioned For Left-Handed Use.

As With All Of Our Celadon Pieces In The Song Kiln Collection, This Ru Kiln Pot Is Covered With A Web Of Craquelure: Hairline Cracks In The Glaze That Will Darken With Use. This Natural Patina Is An Especially Prized Characteristic Of Fine Celadon, And Adds To The Pot’S Aesthetic Appeal, As Each Piece Is Unique.
