A Solid Everyday Anxi Oolong, Our Monkey Picked Tieguanyin (Formerly Daily Tieguanyin) Is Rich, Mid-Oxidized, And Fired Slightly Higher, Hearkening Back To A More Traditional Style Of Tea Craftsmanship.

Harvested In Autumn, The Leaf Is Oxidized To Roughly 30% Before Being Treated To A Medium Roast. The Resulting Tea Is Smooth, Nutty, And Floral, With A Delicious Balance Of Bright Aromatics And Roasted Finish.
